Colorado Ski for Light

SKIING. SHARING. LEARNING.

Guide and Skier Colorado Ski for Light, Inc., a non-profit organization in Colorado, teaches the basics of classic cross-country skiing to adults who are visually- or mobility-impaired,while giving participants who have already learned the basics of the sport the chance to improve their skills or to just have fun on the snow.

Colorado Ski for Light hosts an annual weekend event made possible by volunteer sighted and able-bod- ied experienced cross-country skiers who attend as guides and instructors. Each skier is paired with a guide who assists as needed or requested.
